Thanks for shopping with RejuFlexi! This Shipping Policy explains how we process and ship your order.
1. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of being placed (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
During promotional periods or holiday seasons, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.
2. Shipping Times
Once shipped, estimated delivery times within the contiguous United States are:
- Standard Shipping: 5 – 10 business days
- Expedited Shipping (if available at checkout): 2 – 5 business days
Delivery times for Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and international destinations may be longer. Times shown are estimates and not guarantees.
3. Shipping Costs
We offer FREE standard shipping on all qualifying orders within the United States during current promotions. Any applicable shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before payment is taken.
4. Tracking Your Order
After your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update with the carrier. If you cannot locate your tracking email, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@rejuflexi-offical.com.
5. Delivery Issues
If your package is shown as delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend:
- Checking around your property and with neighbors
- Contacting the carrier directly using your tracking number
- Waiting 24–48 hours, as packages sometimes show "delivered" prematurely
If the issue persists, please contact us and we will work with you and the carrier to resolve it.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please email us at info@rejuflexi-offical.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
7. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error after ordering, contact us immediately — we may be able to update the address if the order has not yet shipped.
8. International Shipping
If we offer shipping to your country, additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
